In any case of dissatisfaction upon receiving your shipment, we would be happy for you to contact us through one of our communication channels so we can find the right solution for you.

If you have decided you wish to return or exchange an item, we will proceed as follows:
Exchange or store credit: Up to 14 business days from receipt of the package.
Monetary refund: Up to 14 business days from receipt of the package.
A return or exchange of an item is subject to the following conditions:
• The brand label is fully attached to the item
• The item has not been worn (no deodorant stains, perfume/body scent, etc.)
• The item has no damage, defect, or impairment of any kind
If the item is found not eligible for exchange or return for any of the above reasons, it will be returned to the customer's address.
Monetary Refund:
- You may return an item via courier at a cost of ₪30, which will be deducted from the total refund.
- 2. In accordance with consumer protection regulations (transaction cancellation), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — will be charged.
- 3. You may return the item in person to our Jerusalem store by prior arrangement at no cost.
Please note:
• No refund will be given for shipping costs.
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Exchange:
- You may exchange an item via courier at a cost of ₪30.
- 2. Exchanges can be done in person at our Jerusalem store by prior arrangement.
