Shipping

Where do you currently ship?

At the moment, OSHKA ships within Israel only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within Israel usually arrive within 1-14 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly during launches, holidays, or busy periods.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Free self pickup is available from our store in Jerusalem:

4 HaTziyonut Street, Kiryat HaYovel, Jerusalem.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the day the order is received, subject to OSHKA's Returns & Exchange Policy.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags and packaging attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return or exchange.

Shipping is available for a fixed fee of ₪35.

Free self pickup is available from the OSHKA store in Jerusalem: HaTziyonut 4, Kiryat HaYovel.
